What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?

If you are not at home or at work when the delivery arrives, the carrier will leave your parcel in your letterbox or leave you a delivery notice.

Depending on your location, you can either reschedule delivery or collect the parcel from the post office indicated on the notice.

If you are rarely at home when the post office delivers, opt for collection from a PickPost point or a My Post 24 locker, which are more flexible solutions. You can select this option when choosing the delivery method during the ordering process.
