How can I track my order?

You can find all your orders and their status in the My orders and returns section in your customer account. The tracking information is automatically updated at each stage, from the receipt of your order to its delivery to the Swiss Post.


Shipment tracking

As soon as the Swiss Post takes charge of your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email containing:


  • a tracking number,
  • and a link to tracking service, directly from the Swiss Post.

A tracking link is also available in your order details in your Bongénie customer account as soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse.
