How can I track the shipping of my parcel?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you can track it in real time on the Swiss Post website or via the Post-App.
Tracking your shipment
When Swiss Post takes charge of your parcel, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number.
This number, as well as a direct link to Swiss Post's tracking service, are also available:
- in the details of your order in your customer account,
- and in the shipping confirmation email sent by us.
